Delivery and returns

Every piece is made after you order it and carried in by two of us. Here is how long that takes, what it costs, and what to do if something is wrong.

Lead times

We cut the beam when you order, so each piece has a making time. It is shown next to the price on every page, and checkout offers delivery weeks from the end of the longest one in your order.

How delivery works

At checkout you choose a delivery week.
Two working days before, we call to agree a two-hour window.
Two people carry the piece to the room you choose, unwrap it and check it with you.
They take the blankets and cardboard back to the workshop to use again.

Tell us at checkout about stairs, lifts and narrow doors. Tables come apart at the trestles, so the Ménerbes table fits up most village staircases.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free in mainland France. For Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain we email a quote within two working days of your order, and nothing is charged for delivery until you accept it.

Returns

Pieces made in batches can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We collect them; the collection costs €60, taken from your refund.

Made-to-order pieces, and anything cut to a custom size, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Each product page says which kind a piece is.

Damage and repairs

Check the piece with the crew before they leave. If you find damage later, send us a photo within seven days and we will repair or replace it.

Joints are pegged and glued. If one loosens within ten years, we fix it at no cost.
